Scoot Media grew tremendous last year: the workforce almost doubled. We continuously aim for optimum customer satisfaction and due to that we revised our sales department by July 1. By the redistribution of accounts, each account manager has a clientele that suits his/her desires, skills and capacity.
Campaign optimization
Besides the redistribution of accounts we also created the department campaign management. This department monitors the operational process flow of all campaigns, planning, delivery of materials, progress monitoring, assessment and reporting. The campaign managers initiate improvements, leading to a higher quality of output, more effective resource management and improved understanding of the business.
